Loving the Good Bacteria with Probiotics Supplements

Your colon is a busy, crowded place - or at least you better hope that it's crowded with friendly bacteria . We have an increased likelihood of being afflicted with damaging yeasts, intestinal toxemia, bad bacteria, viruses, and and extensive list of of other health problems when we don't have a adequate supply of beneficial bacteria Why? Because without the good bacteria to process the toxic waste from insufficiently digested food and evacuated, the toxins and undigested food particles can enter the circulatory system and make the immune system to work overtime . These substances are responded to as foreign invaders that must be either expelled from your body or processed into something useful to the body . Eventually this can depress the immune system so that it can't handle serious diseases or infections .

The toxins created by undigested food can spread throughout you , literally poisoning you. Your under nourished and toxin riddled systems and organs may succumb to stress and can weaken to the point of failure . This is why so many researchers now believe that “death begins in the colon.”? Good intestinal health is vital to our well being.

Communities of “ good or probiotic” bacteria must be in the colon for it to work properly . These bacteria help hold a balance in the digestive system by holding down the proliferation of bad bacteria like E. coli and salmonella .

It's too bad that , the desireable bacteria that should populate our colons and control these problems are relentlessly attacked by an increasingly wide range of enemies. Including the abundant enemies of chlorinated water, human and veterinary antibiotics and sterile dairy products we consume, alcoholic beverages , the abundant chemicals and compounds around us every day , as well as chemotherapy and radiation treatments . So now we need to look at digestive supplements.

Once, beneficial bacteria were passed naturally from mother to baby . Unfortunately , over the past half-century , in our misguided obsession to eliminate all bacteria, we didn't just kill the bad . For this reason we should regularly reintroduce good bacteria into our body to ensure we keep ourselves healthy. Probiotics supplements may also be a good idea immediately following use of antibiotics or other medications aimed at killing bacteria or viruses.
