Do not forget to apply sunscreen every day before you leave the house. The affects of the sun on your skin can be quite brutal. Over time your skin will reflect that by forming wrinkles and even worse things like cancer. To protect your health as well as to prevent wrinkles wearing sunscreen is necessary. If you know you will be out in the sun for an extended period of time make sure to reapply the sunscreen as needed. This is particularly true if you will be in the water frequently during the course of the day.

Avoid smoking cigarettes. This is a vice that many people find themselves addicted to and it can be hard to stop smoking. To help motivate yourself to quit try think about what smoking is doing to your skin. Think about what it is doing to your overall health as well. Smoking deprives your body of oxygen which can result in a decline of your skin. As this happens wrinkles can form. So to prevent wrinkles eliminate smoke.
