You can remove harmful chemicals and toxins by increasing the fiber in your diet. It would be difficult for the body to utilize the fiber when we get old. So in order to compensate our body’s needs, it is essential to take in more fiber.

Sleeping allows our body and brain to renew and to rest. Sleep will help our body to recharge to gain more energy for the next day.
